Exchange Policy

When Exchanges Are Accepted

Exchanges are accepted if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The wrong product was delivered

Exchange Request Deadline

Requests must be made within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Exchange Resolution

After review, Homelyx may:

  • Send a replacement product

  • Offer store credit

  • Offer a refund, when applicable

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Used products

  • Products damaged by misuse

  • Personalized products

Practical Example

If a customer receives a different item than ordered, an exchange may be requested at no additional cost after verification.
