Homelyx works with both national and international suppliers through a dropshipping model. Therefore, products may be shipped from different locations, including outside the customer’s country.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on:

• Product origin

• Logistics and customs procedures

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and usually range between 7 and 35 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

Possible Delays

Homelyx is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Customs inspections

• Strikes

• Events beyond our control
